Waarschijnlijk wist je dit nog niet maar ik rijd dus ook paard! Heb overlaatst een nieuw paardje gekregen dus het andere paardje heeft een maatje bij! Hier heb je een foto'je van mijn nieuwe pony!

How to make a delicious crème brulée?

Hallo Volgers!
Een lekker dessertje Crème Brûlée!

Wat heb je nodig:

4 dl melk
1 dl room
4 eieren
ong. 4 koffielepels bruine suiker
100 g suiker
1/2 vanillestokje

Bereiding:

1. Splijt het halve vanillestokje, schraap er de zwartje pitjes uit en voeg toe aan de melk. Giet de room bij de melk en breng aan de kook.

2. Klop ondertussen de eieren los met de suiker.

3. Giet de hete melk met room bij de eieren, en giet het hele mengsel vervolgens door een fijne zeef in individuele potjes.

4. Vul een grote ovenschaal voor de helft met water en plaats er in de individuele potjes in. De potjes moeten voor de helft in water staan (au bain-marie).

5. Dek de schaal af met aluminiumfolie en schuif gedurende 40 à 45 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven op 160°C.

6. Strooi over elk potje een kleine koffielepel bruine suiker en schuif nog 2 à 3 minuten onder de hete grill (op 7 à 10 cm) tot de suiker karameliseert.

15 minuten + 45 minuten in de oven.


Laat enkele minuten afkoelen zodat het suikerkorstje hard wordt en dien dan lauwwarm op!

Een pijnlijke verjaardag voor mij dit jaar! / a painful birthday!

Hallo! Gisteren was het mijn verjaardag! Maar nu... dus we gingen eens naar de manege (want ik rijd paard) met de fiets. Natuurlijk was mijn spatbord al een beetje kapot, maar ik dacht dat kan geen kwaad... Niet dus! Ik keer terug naar huis wat gebeurt er? Dat kleine zwarte stukje was tussen mijn wielen gesprongen en je kunt al raden wat er gebeurde mijn wiel stopte en ik vloog over mijn fiets en mijn fiets vloog dan nog eens op mij! Gelukkig ben ik niet met mijn hoofd op de straat gevallen maar in de modder! Maar ik sta vol schrammen en mijn benen doen pijn want ik zat helemaal vast. Hebben jullie ook al zo van die nare dingen meegemaakt op jullie verjaardag?


Hello! Yesterday was my birthday! But now ... we went to the riding school (because I ride horse) by bike. Of course  my fender already was  a bit broken, but I thought it may no evil ... Not so! I return home what happens? That little black piece was between my wheels jumped and you can already guess what happened my wheel stopped and I flew over my bike and my bike flew again on me! Luckily I'm not with my head on the street cases but in the mud! But I'm full of scratches and my legs hurt because I was totally stuck. Do you have already so of those nasty things experienced on your birthday?

Pfff... vakantie gaat veel te snel! / Pfff... vacation go to fast

We are today already 8 August.
I start thinking what I already did this holiday?
and then you realize that you have not yet done much in july .
Now it's August and then I get some kind of boost to many things to do.
 Now I shoot in action.

We zijn vandaag al 8 augustus.
Ik begin al te denken wat heb ik al gedaan deze vakantie?
en dan besef je dat je nog niet zooveel gedaan hebt in julie, toch in mijn geval.
Nu is het augustus en dan krijg ik een soort van boost om veel dingen te doen.
Eerst was ik stilgevalllen en nu schiet ik in actie.
Ik ga alllessinds nog van mijn zomervakantie genieten! ,
en ik hoop dat jullie dit ook zullen doen!

For one day pastry chef / voor een dag patisier

Vandaag ben ik een dag bij mijn broer.
Mijn broer is bakker / patissier.
Hij gaat me leren pralines maken!!!
Ik kijk er alvast naar uit!
Hieronder zie je een paar foto's van wat mijn broer allemaal kan maken met chocolade.

Today I am in the bakery of my brother.
My brother is a baker / pastry chef
He is going to teach me how to make pralines!!!

heerlijke koekjes! / delicious cookies! :p

What do you need?

•  200 g butter 
• 200 g sugar 
• vanilla sugar
•  1 egg
•  400 g flour 

Preparation :

1. mix the butter and the  sugar 
2. Add vanilla sugar 
3. mix the egg and then the flower
4.  let the mixture rest in the fridge
5. preheat the oven to 180 ° C 
6. roll out the dough on 0.5 cm 
7. Stitch the cookies with a cookie cutter
8.  add cookies on the baking paper
9. place them about 13 minutes in the oven.
10. The cookies are still soft as they come out of the oven but they getting harder.
11. Enjoy!

Wat heb je nodig?

•  200g boter
• 200g suiker
• vanillesuiker
• 1 ei
• 400g bloem

bereiding:

1. meng de boter en de suiker
2. voeg de vanillesuiker toe
3. meng het ei en daarna de bloem
4. Laat het mengsel in de koelkast rusten
5. Verwarm de oven voor op 180°c
6. Rol het deeg uit op 0,5 cm
7. Steek er koekjes uit met koekjesuitstekers
8. Leg de koekjes op bakpapier op het ovenrooster
9. Plaats ze ongeveer 13 minuten in de oven.
10. De koekjes zijn nog zacht als e uit de oven komen maar ze worden nog harder
11. Smakelijk!
